Your details, handled with care.

Who we are
This website is operated by Nex21 Institute (KHDA Permit No: 633837), a KHDA-approved computer training institute located in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “NEX21”, “we” and “our” refer to Nex21 Institute.
What we collect
We collect personal details in two places, and only when you choose to share them: the admissions enquiry form (your name, phone number, optional email address, learner age, area of interest, background, goals, follow-up preferences, preferred language, and any message you add) and the chat assistant’s optional contact form (your name, email address, optional phone number, and area of interest). Both forms require the consent box to be ticked before anything is sent.
How we use your details
Your details are used for one purpose: so the admissions team can follow up with you about programmes and answer your questions. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
The chat assistant (Masar)
Messages you type into the chat assistant are sent to our server and processed by an external AI provider in order to generate replies, so please do not include sensitive personal information in chat messages. If you share your details through the chat’s contact form, they reach the admissions team in the same way as an enquiry form submission.
What stays in your browser
If you leave your details in the chat, the site saves them in your browser’s local storage so the assistant can recognise you next time on the same device. This information stays on your device and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
WhatsApp chats
The “Message us on WhatsApp” buttons open a chat through a redirect on our own server. Opening the chat does not send us your name or contact details, though like any web request it passes standard technical data (such as an IP address) to our server. Anything you then send inside WhatsApp is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Storage, retention and your choices
Enquiries are stored securely and access is limited to the admissions team. We keep them only as long as needed to follow up and administer admissions. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time via the admissions form, and we will act on your request.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not currently run third-party analytics. If we later add privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read, this policy will be updated first.
Younger learners
Courses are open to learners aged 16 and above. If you are enquiring for a younger member of your family, please submit the enquiry yourself as their guardian or family member.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
