Use of the site
The site is provided for information about NEX21’s approved courses and pathway. You agree not to misuse it — including submitting false enquiries, attempting to disrupt the service, or harvesting personal data.
Courses, fees and enrolment
Course details, durations, and fees shown on this site are indicative and may be updated. Enrolment is confirmed only through the admissions process, and approved courses are delivered within NEX21’s KHDA-permitted scope.

The IBM Full-Stack Software Developer Professional Certificate is issued through IBM/Coursera upon successful completion of the required Coursera courses and assessments.
Third-party platforms
The site links to third parties — including Coursera and DAYZERO Launch Studio — that operate under their own terms. NEX21 is not responsible for their content or services. See the entity roles on the Compliance & Disclosures page.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, and media — belongs to Nex21 Institute or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, NEX21 accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on the site’s informational content; nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page.
